This notice explains how refund requests are handled for digital goods and learning resources focused on street photography within the broader field of Commercial Photography, Art, and Graphics. Everything here is supplied electronically—there are no shipments to send back. The aim is to protect customers from technical defects while respecting the value of downloadable assets that can be copied after delivery.
What this covers
The policy applies to downloadable photo packs, RAW/JPEG collections, layered files, overlays, LUTs and color profiles, presets, composition guides, and educational content such as courses, workshops, and critiques. It also applies to supporting materials like release-form templates, checklists, and demo galleries.
Digital nature of purchases
Because files are instantly accessible, requests are assessed on the specifics of the transaction and the technical state of the assets. Preference shifts, stylistic disagreements, or a change in project direction are not grounds for refund once files have been accessed, synced, or incorporated into a workflow.
When a review is appropriate
A case review may be appropriate when delivered files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the description and preview; when the wrong product was provided; when duplicate charges were created in a single checkout; or when a platform error prevents access after reasonable troubleshooting. Color differences caused by uncalibrated displays are not considered defects.
Previews and evaluation
Streaming previews, contact sheets, and low-res watermarked samplers are provided so you can evaluate framing, mood, and subject matter before purchase. Technical notes include resolution, aspect ratios, color space, and whether model or property releases are included for specific images. If additional certainty is needed, support can advise which set best matches your brief. Most downloads include TIFF or high-quality JPEG options, embedded EXIF/IPTC metadata, and color-managed exports in sRGB, Adobe RGB, or ProPhoto to slot cleanly into professional pipelines. Checksums provided.
How to request help
Please send a message with “Refund review” in the subject line, the order number, item name, a concise description of the issue, and links or screenshots that demonstrate the problem. For file-integrity concerns, short screen recordings of the error and the results of a re-download may be requested to confirm the finding.
Possible outcomes
If an issue is verified, remedies may include re-delivery in an alternative format, supply of the correct file set, or access to an equivalent asset of similar value. If the problem cannot be reasonably corrected, a refund may be issued. For learning materials, updated downloads or captions may be provided when that resolves the difficulty.
License status after a refund
Any refund voids the associated license. The buyer agrees to remove the content from editors, archives, cloud libraries, backups, social posts, published pages, and client deliverables. Where images have been used in composites, the affected layers must be replaced prior to further distribution.
Non-refundable uses
Requests are not considered when assets match their previews and descriptions, have been widely distributed, or were purchased for testing, scraping, or bulk collection. Issues arising from third-party moderation decisions, platform compression, or local hardware configuration are outside scope when files function as described.
Responsible use
Respect people and places depicted in urban scenes. Follow local norms for identifiable subjects and signage, and consult your own counsel if unsure about release requirements in your jurisdiction.
